These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BoziVoice (the "Software") and the excluwere.fr website (the "Site"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1License
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BoziVoice on up to two (2) devices per license key, for the duration of your plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or share your license key.
2Accounts & license keys
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key confidential. Each device is bound by a hardware identifier (HWID); you may reset your devices from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share keys, abuse the service, or violate these Terms.
3Acceptable use
BoziVoice changes your voice in real time. You are solely responsible for how you use it. You must not use the Software to:
- Impersonate others for fraud, harassment, or defamation.
- Do anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights.
- Violate the terms of any third-party platform (e.g. Discord, gaming services).
Voice processing runs locally on your machine.
4Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected; lifetime plans are a one-time payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5Intellectual property
The Software, Site, branding, and voice catalog are owned by BoziVoice or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license, not ownership.
6Disclaimer & liability
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of the Software by you or third parties. The Software is not code-signed at this time; Windows may display an "unrecognized publisher" warning.
7Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
