This Privacy Policy explains how BoziVoice collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the excluwere.fr website and the BoziVoice application. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1Data we collect
- Account data: email address, username, and a hashed password.
- License & device data: license key and a hashed hardware identifier (HWID). We never store your raw HWID.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive a transaction reference and your email, never your full card details.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting visit analytics (e.g. page views, approximate country) to improve the product.
2Voice data
Voice conversion runs locally on your device. Your microphone audio is processed on your machine and is not transmitted to or stored by our servers.
3How we use your data
To provide and secure the service: authenticate you, enforce device limits, process payments, deliver license keys by email, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

5Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see your rights below).

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@excluwere.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
