114-day refund
If BoziVoice does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not abused the service (e.g. shared or resold your license key). This is offered in good faith and, for EU consumers, alongside your statutory right of withdrawal.
2How to request
Use the Request a refund button above, or email support@excluwere.fr from the address used at purchase, with your order/session reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; processing times depend on your bank.
3Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period. Renewal charges already incurred are generally non-refundable beyond the 14-day window.
4Lifetime plans
Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day refund window. After that period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
5Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, license-key sharing, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
